Direct Toyota has been exceptional - from the initial purchase to the outstanding service. Cliff is the best service advisor. He always makes sure my Rav4 service maintenance is up to date, tries to fi purchase to the outstanding service. Cliff is the best service advisor. He always makes sure my Rav4 service maintenance is up to date, tries to find me the best price and even caught a nail in my tire the day before I was headed to Indiana for my sons wedding. All this great service with a smile. Thanks for all you do Toyota Direct!!! PS The lounge is the best with freshly popped popcorn, bagels, donuts, gourmet coffee and slushy all for free 🥰 More

If there is a computer for Customers to sign in upon arrival will decrease confusion. Customers don’t know who is next when clerks calls for “next”. I informed the Toyota Direct the past 3 times that I had an issue with the tire pressure sensor light and each time the tech just put air into the tire. Now I'm being told that i have to purchase a new sens an issue with the tire pressure sensor light and each time the tech just put air into the tire. Now I'm being told that i have to purchase a new sensor. I believe that this is something that should have been replaced when it was originally brought to their attention. My last visit the rep told me that they didn't ahow any records. Unfortunately I can't input the information in myself. If so the rep would have visibility that this has been an ongoing issue. I don't appreciate the nonchalant attitude of not caring about the customer. More
