Jeremy did not provide the information I requested at the appointment, told me someone would be in contact with me, and I still haven’t heard anything. I requested information on the services provided at the appointment, told me someone would be in contact with me, and I still haven’t heard anything. I requested information on the services provided at the appointment (I.e., services rendered and the assessments on my car like tire levels and brake wear). I also requested an estimate on how much the services recommended would cost. This was also not provided. This is the second time with this dealership there has been an issue. They are not representing Toyota as a brand well and as of now, I will never bring my vehicle back to them. More
