I had a wonderful 10k mile tune up! It was a very busy Saturday but the lobby was very comfortable with great seating options, plenty of drink options and hot popcorn! I had a non-standard service need recently and Cliff did a great job to understand what was needed. In the end, the overall service cost less than I expected. Service for the oil change was great, Cliff was very understanding and attempted to assist with a recall on my 2025 Sienna. I purchased this vehicle less than 1 year ago and have been unable to use the understanding and attempted to assist with a recall on my 2025 Sienna. I purchased this vehicle less than 1 year ago and have been unable to use the 2nd row seats for multiple months, causing me to climb in and out of my van to safely secure my small children in the back seat. Toyota Direct will not return phone calls or assist with a reasonable resolution to this issue and Toyota did not have a fix for the recall at this time. It is extremely frustrating to have a brand new vehicle that is 1/3 useless and extremely inconvenient for small children- which is the sole reason for purchasing the vehicle in the first place. More
