Time to service is a consistent issue. I SCHEDULED an oil change for 4:40 pm. It took two hours for them to complete the oil change! This was not a drive up service, but a scheduled appoin I SCHEDULED an oil change for 4:40 pm. It took two hours for them to complete the oil change! This was not a drive up service, but a scheduled appointment! This has happened EVERY time my wife or I have gone there for service. We live an hour away, so all together, this was 4 hours out of my day just to change the oil. Unacceptable! They overbook worse than a doctor’s office! Again, this was NOT a one time issue, but a consistent problem. It really makes me regret getting the pre-paid service agreement at purchase. I’d rather pay Jiffy Lube! More
