I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium from this dealership. I understand the RAV4 is in high demand, with limited availability and long waiting periods, so I was reasonable about not receiving this dealership. I understand the RAV4 is in high demand, with limited availability and long waiting periods, so I was reasonable about not receiving a dealership discount. However, I specifically asked about Toyota’s $500 Student Discount. The salesperson confirmed I was eligible and said they would apply it. I completed the separate student enrollment/verification form as requested, but afterward they never clearly confirmed whether the discount was included. I later found that the $500 discount was not applied. I was also disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the final pricing and financing. The overall cost and what I would be paying over the 6-year term were not clearly explained to me. I understand not being able to negotiate the vehicle price, but failing to apply an incentive I was eligible for and had completed the required paperwork for is very frustrating. I regret choosing this dealership and wish I had gone elsewhere. I would not recommend or refer anyone to this dealer based on my experience. More
