The sole reason was due to our sales rep greeting us in the parking lot, Rishi Vernon. We had visited several dealerships and were ignored by the sales reps. We even walked into a few and no one even greeted us. When we stopped in at Suburban Honda, we started browsing outside. Rishi can out said hello, asked if we needed help, and that he would let us look. He said if we had any questions come in and he would help us. He was friendly, helpful and genuine. No runaround, just honest. That made the difference for us. His saying hello sealed the deal.

I'm pleasantly surprised to feel like I and my purchase is important to them. Even when there was a hiccup after only 9 days after my purchase SFOT reassured me and took the time to look into and correct the hiccup, no charge to me. Everyone says hello and I can honestly say so far it has been the best dealership experience I've ever had. Joe Grillo was super to work with. His easy going, totally positive attitude, made this purchase so fun and easy. Joe answered every question I had, and if he couldn't, he was assertive in getting me an answer. He was genuinely excited for me in regards to the Ford F150 I purchased. Thank You Joe!

I was hesitant on leasing and I always purchasew my cars. scott was very patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles and he went over my payment options which I liked. where my faith was restored in dealerships was when I sat down with the finance director julia, she took her time answering all of my many questions with a smile and really made me feel comfprtable with my new lease. i knew what to expect at the end and she went over options that i didnt even know were available for a lease. she explained everything with great detail, even I understood what was going on. i really recommend vic canver in fenton. ask for julia and scott!
