Professional, straightforward, no-pressure experience leasing a Cayman from Greg today. Arrived midday, and reviewed a few vehicles in inventory with Greg, who pulled one for me to see and drive. Business process was clean, no upsale pressure, figures were simply stated, and I left the same day with a vehicle I am very excited to have in my garage. Wish all my dealership interactions were this straightforward. The new showroom is gorgeous, and very comfortable.

The sole reason was due to our sales rep greeting us in the parking lot, Rishi Vernon. We had visited several dealerships and were ignored by the sales reps. We even walked into a few and no one even greeted us. When we stopped in at Suburban Honda, we started browsing outside. Rishi can out said hello, asked if we needed help, and that he would let us look. He said if we had any questions come in and he would help us. He was friendly, helpful and genuine. No runaround, just honest. That made the difference for us. His saying hello sealed the deal.

I was hesitant on leasing and I always purchasew my cars. scott was very patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles and he went over my payment options which I liked. where my faith was restored in dealerships was when I sat down with the finance director julia, she took her time answering all of my many questions with a smile and really made me feel comfprtable with my new lease. i knew what to expect at the end and she went over options that i didnt even know were available for a lease. she explained everything with great detail, even I understood what was going on. i really recommend vic canver in fenton. ask for julia and scott!
