Brought my truck that I leased through them into their Service Department for a check engine light, I have less than 2 mths. left on my lease and I'm under the allotted miles. They called the next day and Service Department for a check engine light, I have less than 2 mths. left on my lease and I'm under the allotted miles. They called the next day and said the repair wasn't covered under warranty cause it looked like some critter chewed a wire and it would cost me $200 just to have them look into the issue further and that I would also be responsible for the cost of the repairs. I said No Thanks! I brought my truck to a different dealership and the repair was covered under the warranty, so they fixed it and now I'll be leasing my next vehicle through them. It would seem like Jim Causley was trying to scam me and double dip with the warranty company. Wonder how many people got scammed from them. Don't trust their Service Department, get a second opinion. They suck! Losers! More

I was gonna have them replace my rear shocks too; even though they lied and told be my brakes were bad after confirming with meineke care that brakes still had more than 50% life and rotors were great. I feel scammed bigtime. there goes a 40 year dealership relationship down the drain. unforgivable. More

Brought our 2025 GMC DURAMAX into the body shop as I damaged the top of the tailgate. I was met by Christian Roy and he went over what had to be repaired and replaced. Christian answered all my questions and was the most polite and professional technician I could have asked for. Christian got the parts ordered and had the job completed within four days, plus gave us a loaner to use in the down time. He kept me informed the whole time as to when the job should be completed. I cannot say enough great things about Christian and the collision department. So nice to have a dedicated team of professionals that do the job right and on time. More
