Really, really disappointed in this dealership and will never go back. They took advantage of my 18 year old who was looking for her first vehicle. She purchased it. Got it home and it had an obvious oi never go back. They took advantage of my 18 year old who was looking for her first vehicle. She purchased it. Got it home and it had an obvious oil leak. Contacted Suburban - they basically said Tough Luck -it passed safety inspection and that is all that mattered. They had changed the oil before selling - they obviously KNEW the vehicle had a leak. They chose to withhold that information and sold it to her as if nothing was wrong. It is really sick and disappointing that they would take advantage of a teenager like that. Yes, I realize it was purchased "as-is", but they withheld information about the condition of the vehicle. And while that might be legal, it certainly is unethical. I would never recommend them and will certainly Never go back. More
