Makenna - Service Dept was professional and helpful. My out of warranty 2024 Lyriq software update was performed on time and so far, so good and all for $630! My Lyriq was not washed. After asking, Makenna had your service team "run it through a wash." When my Lyriq was returned to me it was covered with water and spots were forming quickly in the hot sun. I immediately began drying it with my own towels. One service tech even walked past me watching me dry my own $75K+ Cadillac. My expectations were not met! With an experience like this I can't help but urge Crestview Cadillac to act like you're Cadillac, you're better than this! I hesitate to recommend Crestview service center because of this seemingly minor detail.
