Bought a truck a week ago within 24 hours check engine light brought it back next day has been there a week with no diagnosis service manager dosent seem to think owning a car for less than 24 hours and e light brought it back next day has been there a week with no diagnosis service manager dosent seem to think owning a car for less than 24 hours and engine light coming on is such a big deal I've dealt with sales manager , sales managers boss, and service manager and no resolution has been made. Truck hasn't even been looked at. This problem was most likely an existing problem that they deleted the code on. First couple days of the truck being in the shop nobody would even call me back I physically had to go up there for awnsers and I've been lied to multiple times on when the truck will be looked at and when ill have the truck back. More

The staff was very friendly. ..even though I was informed that my free oil change coupon had expired after asking for the manager they honored the coupon. The rep at the service d ..even though I was informed that my free oil change coupon had expired after asking for the manager they honored the coupon. The rep at the service desk could not open the GM App so as to verify what happen with the coupon after I tried unsuccessfully to open as well. I ENDED UP PAYING $71.00 for engine and fuel additives only, which I thought was bit much. Minus the $80.00 oil change fee I didn't have to pay thanks for that! Oil change prices have really sky rocketed...sincerely Sharon Waller More
