The staff was very friendly. ..even though I was informed that my free oil change coupon had expired after asking for the manager they honored the coupon. The rep at the service d ..even though I was informed that my free oil change coupon had expired after asking for the manager they honored the coupon. The rep at the service desk could not open the GM App so as to verify what happen with the coupon after I tried unsuccessfully to open as well. I ENDED UP PAYING $71.00 for engine and fuel additives only, which I thought was bit much. Minus the $80.00 oil change fee I didn't have to pay thanks for that!
