I used to work with him and when my best friend desperately needed a new vehicle (big enough for her 5 kids), he went above and beyond to get her into an amazing, beautiful and reliable used vehicle. He made the process incredibly easy, he was incredibly responsive and helpful and I’ll tell you what, he pulled off a literal miracle getting us approved for an amazing vehicle. We could not have gotten her such a wonderful vehicle just shopping around on Craigslist or other sites. Jarod has always been one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, so I knew exactly who to go to when my friend needed a new car. He changed her life with this vehicle and it may just sound like no big deal, it’s just a car, but it is so much more than that. Her 5 babies have a safe vehicle to get to and from school and my best friend fell in love with her new (to her) 2020 Pacifica! THANK YOU JAROD AND THANK YOU SUBURBAN FORD OF STERLING HEIGHTS!!! More
