Besides replacing my battery, they did a full check on my electronics to make sure nothing was damaged. They had me done and out the door in under 90 minutes! They were all so nice and professional! Bought a 2023 Pacifica there yesterday. Shana our sales person was absolutely great. However my only disappointment was the rear camera is totally blurred out and you can't make anything out at all. Now I have to spend a couple hundred dollars to have it repaired, when it should have been done by them in the first place. You would think they want to make the car right before it goes for sale. In my opinion this is a safety concern.

We called one week and we got an appointment the next week. They were very busy. We dropped off the car on a Thursday night and our appointment wasn’t till 10 on Friday and by 7:30 in the morning they were calling us and telling us what was wrong with it and how long it would take to fix it and we picked it up I can’t remember probably about two or 3 PM that day best service ever and also the best service people ever.
