The service write ty is incredible and the best I have dealt with. I have two complaints. 1. The service reminder lamp was never reset which wasn’t a big deal and Ty reset it for me. My biggest complaint dealt with. I have two complaints. 1. The service reminder lamp was never reset which wasn’t a big deal and Ty reset it for me. My biggest complaint is that I asked that my car not be washed and Ty wrote it in the paperwork. My car is black and I have spent a lot of time and money to protect the exterior finish. The car was accidentally washed and is now covered in small scratches from the car wash. I now have to pay to have my Detailer buff them out and refresh the Ceramic coating. Ty apologized multiple times and he tried wiping the cars and windows by himself which I applaud but the damage has been done More

I live 5 min from Mentor Honda but I continue to purchase from Jay Honda… my salesmen were so good Rob Logan and Hamzah jubouri they went above and beyond ..It is hard to find great customer service purchase from Jay Honda… my salesmen were so good Rob Logan and Hamzah jubouri they went above and beyond ..It is hard to find great customer service these days ..I saw the car I wanted online drove there they went and brought it up for me test drove it traded in my 2022 Honda CRV! Easy process! Very smooth!! More
