Things were going well with the purchase of our Kia Sportage until there were 2 charges for extended service and GAP that we decided not to get. Told Nevada in the finance dept at Coughlin Kia this and Sportage until there were 2 charges for extended service and GAP that we decided not to get. Told Nevada in the finance dept at Coughlin Kia this and he said he would cancel it, however when I checked with Kemba Finance they said he did not cancel it, When I asked him when he did it he had no answer. Needless to say this was very upsetting and no one has yet to apologize. I am so disappointed over this and it has really taken the happiness out of purchasing this SUV! More

I went in to have our 2026 Kia Sportage serviced with an oil change and a tire rotation. They were very informative regarding the service process and the amount of time it takes. They even offered to clean oil change and a tire rotation. They were very informative regarding the service process and the amount of time it takes. They even offered to clean the outside and vacuum the inside front floor. It was all done in the perfect amount of time. While waiting inside the dealership, there was comfortable seating, beverages & popcorn available for free. What more could a person ask! It was an amazing first experience at Coughlin Kia in Lancaster, Ohio! More

From start to finish Aidan at Coughlin made my first car buying experience a breeze. He answered all of my questions prior to coming in and made it seamless all the way through.
