I am an out of town buyer, 3 hours away. I called about a 2024 Land Rover Discovery Sport with 6,000 miles never licensed.. Matt Was the dealer that reached out to me… Needless to say our co I called about a 2024 Land Rover Discovery Sport with 6,000 miles never licensed.. Matt Was the dealer that reached out to me… Needless to say our communication with all the paperwork and even some negotiating with my husband getting involved all done via phone, made my anxiety level rise, ( I’m talking only on my part because I am a first time buyer at 56, yes you heard that right. I’ve been fortunate enough to have had all my cars bought for me and have never owned or driven an SUV ) The process of purchase went smoothly and done in a timely fashion! Then came the part for delivery of the car. I was trading in two of my BMW’s for down payment in that they would deliver the vehicle to my home and take back my two trade-ins.. That’s where it got somewhat upsetting and frustrating.. I had paid for the transportation costs out of my own pocket and when their transportation company that the dealership used got the time and day of delivery all wrong, it was all misinformation I believe.. I waited longer then I should have for the delivery of my new vehicle, The Jaguar and LandRover of Akron Ohio went above and beyond to make it up to me and then some!! After receiving my new vehicle since I wasn’t there at the dealership in person to go over all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle and to be shown how to set up my new car… Matt gave me his personal cell and FaceTimed me just so he could go over the vehicle with me! I’ve had my vehicle now about three weeks and I still have questions about my car and I am still able to reach out to Matt for anything!!! Which I am truly grateful for!! I would highly recommend Jaguar and LandRover of Akron Ohio for holding my hand every step of the way and I would ask for Matt Sutherland for all of your car buying needs!! I give all of you a 5 STAR RATING!! The boy deserves a raise!!! More

Of my past years with Colorado life, we have much experience with some hardcore 4x4 wheeling with Bill Burke who used Defenders in his competition in South America trekking across swamps and deserts experience with some hardcore 4x4 wheeling with Bill Burke who used Defenders in his competition in South America trekking across swamps and deserts in his Camel team! The last few years of Colorado, we decided to move back to Ohio as retirement life! Then my wife and I took a test drive of the Defender 110 and we did fall in love with it and bought it for my wife!
