Took my car in to get a check engine light looked at. They said it was a solenoid valve. It was replaced and check engine light went off. However after this repair new problems arose that were not presen They said it was a solenoid valve. It was replaced and check engine light went off. However after this repair new problems arose that were not present before the repair. Car door locks not working, steering wheel buttons not working for song skip (still not working and I’ve reached out and not heard back) and volume, wireless CarPlay no longer working, and no power steering message displaying. I took it back to get looked at again. Most issues were fixed but the buttons on steering with are not still. This is not my first time issue with Cronin. A couple years ago I ordered a back windshield wiper to get replaced, got to dealer for scheduled appt and they said the part never got ordered. I come back days or more later and they are set to install it, then I get a call that the person installing it broke it. I get my car back bc I have work and cannot have them keep it longer. Again several days later I return and they finally have the part and install it properly. I feel as if I’ve never had very smooth transactions when using services at Cronin overall. Oil changes have been fine but that’s expected as you can get that done anywhere. I come to the dealer bc I would like to take good care of my car, but it feels like a lot of extra trouble more times than not. More
