This is the second time my husband and I have dealt with this dealership. Two years ago my husband bought a vehicle using Russ as our salesperson. When we left the dealership that day I had decided that I would return when it came time to purchase my next vehicle. Today that happened. We went directly to Russ, same great experience. Also, the same as two years ago, the other person we interacted with was equally great, no pressure and pleasant interactions. I have purchased two vehicles at this dealership and have frequently used the dealership for servicing. Overall, I have been happy with the service. This past repair was comprehensive and required a great deal of servicing (took two solid weeks to fix many issues). My only complaint was that they told me that they would provide me with a loaner car, but in the end, they didn’t follow thru, so it was a struggle to find rides. When I picked up my vehicle, the service rep, Mike, was excellent is explaining the bill thoroughly to me and answered my questions.

From the start, he stood out as an atypical salesman—he wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to upsell me, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. He made it happen! What impressed me most was his honesty—if he didn’t know something, he admitted it instead of guessing, which built a lot of trust. While there were a few hiccups with the registration and plating process, Omar kept me updated every step of the way, which made things much smoother overall. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the spring to buy another vehicle. Highly recommend working with Omar! Plus the dealership itself inside makes it super comfortable.
