From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to listen to what I needed and found the perfect SUV that checked every box. Daniel was also aware we were car shopping and looking at multiple lines of vehicles. The sales manager and dealership staff were equally impressive. Everyone was helpful, patient, and made sure all the numbers and options were clear and fair. Our car-buying experience at Fox Valley VW was nothing short of exceptional! Our first visit was on 5/23 to check out a used VW Passat for our son. Unamused, he found another used car; however, it was already sold. After test driving a few other pre-owned cars, the conversation shifted to leasing a new car. We took a 2025 VW Jetta SE for a spin. The ride was amazing; however, our son, was interest in looking at another car for sale from a private seller. Working through the numbers, it became glaringly apparent to our son that choosing a new car was a better decision. Reflecting on our experience, my wife and I returned to Fox Valley VW on 5/30 to trade in our 2023 Palisade Limited for a 2025 Atlas SEL Premium R-Line. What we genuinely appreciate about this process is that there was no wrangling or high-pressure sales tactics. The level of professionalism and transparent integrity demonstrated by Dan Latcu (sales associate), Alex Williams (sales manager), and last but not least, Joey Laudando (finance) was impeccable! Their collective approach to selling us two new cars in the span of a single week should be the gold standard in the industry!

We purchased a 2019 Jetta from them. They made the process very easy and efficient. Asim Syed was our sales person and Anthony Pociask was the manager. we made the deal on a Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. everything was ready for us and it took 1.5 hours for doing the finance deal, and getting a tour of the car, and them making sure they answered all of our questions. In case you are wondering, Yes I would highly recommend them to a family member :-)

Good location …… good service ….. professional people …… they do good work ……. Comfortable waiting area …….. The team at Castle VW provided excellent service again for my Golf. The service was quick and painless through the whole process. These people are honest and hard-working. Their sales department is not at all pushy, and their service department knows its stuff. The only real criticism I have is that they are a Volkswagen dealership, and not something classier like Audi. I've never really liked Volkswagen much as a company, but I buy their cars any way, because they are cheap and reliable.

Happy new year! Great end to a frustrating day. Larry Roesch VW was our third dealer of the day. Had been messaging with Jeanette Valentin and when I arrived she was there to immediately meet with me and show the three different models I was interested in. Jeanette was extremely helpful during the entire process. Long drive to the suburbs but thankful it was made. Big thanks to Jeanette and everyone at Larry Roesch VW who got us into our new VW Atlas.

If you are looking for a service department that truly cares about its customers and does exceptional work, this IS the place to go. While there are several locations nearby where I can get my VW Beetle serviced, I choose to drive an hour to Marion, Illinois because of the quality of service, kind staff, and knowledgeable technicians. My Beetle is my baby, and this service department treats her as such, even going as far as remembering my car’s name, Stella. The folks at Volkswagen of Marion always do an excellent job but it was my visit in April 2023 when the team showed me just how exceptional their service can be, especially Brian Evans and Rich Lewis. They stayed in contact with me while their technicians team spent several days pinpointing what was wrong with my car. My biggest concern was having some form of transportation during this time. Well, they quickly squashed that concern by giving me a vehicle to drive while mine was in the shop. When my Beetle was fixed, they brought it back to me looking brand new inside and out with gas in the tank. As a woman, dealerships and service departments can be intimidating. Historically, the automotive industry has been male-dominated, and as a result, women are sometimes stereotyped as not knowing much about cars. Luckily, it’s not like that at the Volkswagen of Marion service department. If I could, I’d give the service department at Volkswagen of Marion way more than a five-star rating as they continue to exceed my expectations.

Drove almost an hour away here to possibly trade in my lease early and to test drive a used car. There were a lot of issues with my lender that made the sales staff go through more hoops than they had to but they were persistent and went out of their way to get me in my car and at the price I was comfortable with. You don’t get this kinda of service anywhere. Tom Ibrahim & Adnan Hebibovic took my experience above and beyond my expectations. The only downside of my experience is that they denied my offer of buying them a drink. It is what it is I guess. Thanks again guys, you guys really were awesome!!

The worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Moving to Palatine from Texas and buying a new car. Contacted the dealership and was working with someone. My father was co-signing with me however he lives in Texas. They told me I had to register the car in Texas since my dad was on the loan. Blah Blah Blah! Ended up going over to Castle VW and done the deal, in and out in less than an hour. Drove away in a brand new 2024 VW Tiguan. No issues, registered in Illinois. Told them all the stuff this place told me and they laughed and said they take a lot of customers away from Palatine VW due to how unprofessional they are. I would suggest going to Castle and don't bother with Palatine VW. Worst service EVER!!!!

Do Not purchase an extended warrenty from this dealership. If for any reason you either sell or trade the vehicle you will be cheated out of the purchase price from this dealer. I purchased a 2025 ID Buzz with an extended warrenty for $3,900. I traded the vehicle and asked this dealer for a refund. To this date I have not received notice from this dealership and I am out the monies that I paid. Volkswagen of Bloomington Normal is a dealership that should be avoided if you value your hard earned money.

Seeking legal action against this dealership. Sold my daughter a car stating never been wrecked. We ran carfax report and car had 2 serious accidents. She tried to bring it back within the first 10 minutes leaving dealership. Car clunks and shakes terrible in rear end. Called them asap and told her they were closing to bring car back tomorrow. When she brought car in the morning they told her sorry we already cashed the check!!! Paperwork does not match up, amounts are all different and my daughter signatures are on papers she’s never seen before. I asked their receptionist twice to see the actual paperwork and never received them Waited 3 hours in the waiting room to speak with general manager and he ignored us! Contacted Ford company themselves to report them and have case started, Ford attempted to contact the Sales and General managers both yesterday by phone and was told by Dixon Ford they were both out for the day. When the case manager from Ford told me that….. I was standing right outside his glass office looking at him. He hadn’t left his office the whole 3 hours we had been there. They advertise on their webpage that they are gold and blue ford certified, woman I talked to from Ford Motor Company stated they are not certified at all! Buyer beware.
