I love my vehicle, but I am very disappointed with my

Since the purchase, communication has been consistently poor and my concerns have not been properly addressed. I emailed Ray, the sales representative, three separate times regarding my CPO concerns, and I also copied Finance Manager Evelyn on two of those emails, but received no meaningful resolution or follow-up.
I also contacted Volkswagen directly. They stated the vehicle VIN was not showing in their system and advised me to wait another week, then contact the dealership to confirm whether the CPO paperwork had been properly filed.
On the day I picked up the car, I specifically asked Ray about the CPO paperwork, and he stated it would be filed. Despite that, I am still left without clear confirmation that the paperwork was ever properly completed.
Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through has been frustrating. I am sharing this so other buyers are aware of the post-sale experience.
