Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the moment I walked in he greeted me and got me checked in. We walked over my truck, he gave me an estimated total, a quick tour of where I would check out, the coffee/snack area, the restroom and waiting areas. Once my service was finished he came and got me and took me to my vehicle after paying. I’ve had vehicles serviced at Ford, Toyota and Lexus and have never had service and a bit of comedic relief as great as what Mark provided! Even the way he spoke to those under him was admirable. I’ve also been to the Smyrna and Lithia Springs locations and the service does not compare. This Kennesaw location is now my home location! Great job Mark! Outrageous price for a replacement battery for a 2022 Frontier. Batteries are already to expensive. This was well over twice what a normal battery costs. That is my gripe the outrageous cost to have so.ething worked on that is already expensive enough like financing a house.

Thank you Hayes once more for going above and beyond. After owning a 1999 Dodge Dakota for almost 25 years I felt it was time to trade up with something newer and even more dependable. After I had my old truck in for service just around thanksgiving 2023, I thought I would take another look at a 2019 RAM 1500 BIGHORN that I saw on the website, Next, I headed over to the used sales department with my wife where I met Abez who treated me like family from that moment on. He showed us every feature the truck had to offer and then we took the test drive which I was able to test the handling and drivability which made me feel comfortable. The sales and finance managers were no different! When all the paper were signed Abez took me over and spotted things I had missed, and they later replaced the windshield with a brand new one and then a week later even fixed a clog they found in the windshield washer pump. When he said they were serious about taking care of their customers I can honestly say they aren't just saying that they prove with their actions. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
