I would like to sincerely thank Kha Tran for making my recent Lexus purchase such a positive experience.
I
wasn’t expecting to buy a vehicle that day. In fact, I was only beginning my research.
Earlier, I had gone to another dealership, Jim Ellis, to test drive a Buick Envision. I had narrowed my search to a short list of possible vehicles.
After leaving there, having been almost completely ignored, I saw the sign for Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta and turned in. I decided to stop and look around. One of the vehicles on my list was the Lexus RX 350.
I went inside and prepared myself for what I expected would be a difficult experience. I was armed with negative feelings about the car-buying process. I expected pressure, sales tactics, and the usual discomfort that often comes with shopping for a vehicle.
Before arriving, I had read Google reviews and noticed praise for a salesperson named Kha Tran. Customers described him as honest, professional, and genuinely caring about his customers. I didn’t know if he was working that day, but I asked for him anyway.
One thing I knew for certain: I absolutely do not like being handed off as a cold call to the next-in-line salesperson standing near the door. If I was going to explore the possibility of buying a Lexus, I wanted to work with someone I had chosen—not someone assigned to me by chance.
I don’t know exactly when it happened, but thanks to Kha’s professionalism, quick wit, and respect for me as a senior citizen, I was sold!
He made what I expected to be a stressful experience enjoyable and comfortable.
Kha worked tirelessly to search the inventory for the vehicle I wanted. He didn’t try to sell me the easy car. Instead, he listened carefully and understood that I believed the right automobile was out there.
He also took the time to educate me about the many outstanding features and qualities that make Lexus vehicles so highly regarded. His knowledge of the product, combined with his patience and willingness to answer questions, helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.
In today’s market, that level of dedication is rare. Kha truly cares about customer service and was willing to do the work necessary to find that unicorn vehicle that checked all the boxes for me.
I left Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta confident that I was making a good decision. I knew a lot more about the Lexus and felt a sense of pride in ownership and membership in a loyal community of Lexus owners.
