I purchased this vehicle from ALM on May 30 and traveled from Chicago to Georgia specifically for this purchase. Nearly three weeks later, I still do not have the title documentation needed to register the from Chicago to Georgia specifically for this purchase. Nearly three weeks later, I still do not have the title documentation needed to register the vehicle for commercial use in Illinois. This delay has prevented me from operating the vehicle and has caused significant financial loss to my business. I have repeatedly contacted my salesperson, Jay T., Finance Manager Mike, and Title Clerk Elizabeth, yet I continue to receive conflicting information, unanswered questions, and no resolution. At this point, I am requesting immediate intervention from management. I need a clear explanation of the title status, confirmation of what has been submitted, and a firm timeline for resolution. It is unacceptable that after multiple follow-ups with several ALM employees, this matter remains unresolved and continues to impact my business operations. I expect a prompt response and immediate action to resolve this issue. More
