I am only slightly disappointed as I was told the car would be detailed prior to pickup which was not done, so I had to spend an additional 250 having the car deep cleaned after I left. I also was under the impression that the list of maintenance items from the inspection were completed, only to find that they were 'findings' and not completed repairs. I now will need to have additional work completed in order to have functioning windshield wipers, but over all the car and buying experience was great. More

1-Star Review I purchased a 2014 Tesla Model S from Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia on June 3, 2026. The vehicle was advertised online as being in “great condition,” and I was told the same thing by the sales manager. Less than one hour after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered it would not Supercharge on Tesla’s Supercharger network due to a fault that Tesla later quoted $4,175.20 to repair. After notifying the dealership, I was instructed to bring the vehicle back so they could fix it. The dealership kept my car for nearly two weeks and repeatedly assured me the issue would be repaired. After weeks of waiting, I was informed that the owner had decided not to pay for the repair after all. While the vehicle was sold as-is, I find it concerning that a major defect was discovered almost immediately after purchase on a vehicle represented as being in great condition. I’m disappointed by the lack of follow-through after being told the issue would be resolved. Buyers should thoroughly inspect any vehicle and get independent inspections before purchasing. More
