Stay away. They are a total bait and switch operation. They refused to honor their internet price and wanted to charge over $5,000 more than the internet price. They said it was because I wanted to use the Ford motor credit for the financing. Go figure. They said they had to add $5,000 back onto the price because I wanted to use the Ford credit. Totally ridiculous. That $5,000 figure was exactly the amount of the add-ons that they wanted to charge me for and I refused. Georgia law requires they don't charge for dealer add-ons if the client does not want them. The management said I was confused but it was all about bait and switch. I will be reporting them to the Federal trade commission for deceptive practices. They called later trying to sell me the car for any price I wanted after I complained. I told him I was there ready to buy and they tried to charge thousands more than the internet price. I said you're too late. Don't believe their internet prices whatsoever. More

I had one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever seen. Today is the third day of dealing with this dealership regarding a Mustang Dark Horse. On the first day, they completed all the paperwork and even ran my credit, clearly showing that I was fully committed and ready to purchase the car. We first agreed on $67,000. Then they changed it to $68,000, and I accepted that number without any issue. Now, without any explanation, the manager Zach suddenly raised the price again to $70,000. This is not confusion — this is intentional price manipulation, wasting the customer’s time, and showing zero respect. I was ready to buy from day one, yet they kept changing the numbers and playing games. Since yesterday, I have been asking for Zach or any manager to call me. No one contacted me. No follow‑up, no professionalism, no respect. For a dealership of this size, this behavior is absolutely shameful. Be very careful dealing with this dealership — they try to cheat people with sudden price changes, dishonest communication, and unprofessional behavior. I walked away from the deal, and I strongly do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest service. More

dont expect to get your car in the condition they state its in! i purchased a vehicle from ALM and i was in another state so i didnt get a chance to inspect it in person. the car came off the transport tru its in! i purchased a vehicle from ALM and i was in another state so i didnt get a chance to inspect it in person. the car came off the transport truck having issues it shouldnt have had. one, was the car shifter did not register that it was in park so the car would not shut off and the battery had to be disconnected to do so. second, the passenger window would go up before shutting the door so the window would hit at the top when shutting the door and was a potential hazard for breaking if the door was shut with any force. these are issues that should of been addressed prior to leaving their dealership and i dont know how these things could of slipped by them. they could of fixed them for a fraction of the price i had to pay. it needed a new shifter and passenger door handle along with a new correct battery and my bill to fix the issues was almost $1,700. these were issues that needed to be done just to make the car operable. i contacted the dealership to see if in good faith they would riemburse me for any portion of my bill will no answer at all. they will obviously reply with ''contact us with any problem'' but that has already been done to no avail. so its hit and run with we got your money now and tough luck. this would have been a one star rating but inspection was without any issues. i really wish i could have left 5 stars but this was just unacceptable from a dealership rather than an auto auction. so if this review still remains up, then they did nothing to resolve the problem. Aggressively deceptive practices. Advertised a used 2025 Expedition for $36k. Salesperson confirmed it and gave me a written out-the-door breakdown for $39,931.50. Right after filling the credit application and before finalizing the purchase, they claimed it was 'sold,' then relisted it hours later for $63,920. Staff refused to transfer me to a manager no matter how many times I called and tried to speak to a manager, they also refused sharing the GM contact info, and offered a token max of $2k discount instead of honoring their written confirmation. I do have screenshots and proof of everything, reporting to the Georgia AG and FTC for bait-and-switch. More
