This service department at this dealership is a circus, I was highly disappointed with the whole process and tried my hardest to be patient but between the lack of communication between team members and lack was highly disappointed with the whole process and tried my hardest to be patient but between the lack of communication between team members and lack of management presence onsite to address escalations, I would never step foot in this establishment again. I purchased my vehicle from ALM Hyundai West back in 2017 and would have liked to remain a loyal customer until my next car purchase but the way my car repair incident was handled left me completely discouraged to support such chaos and lack of basic professionalism. I even ended up getting into an argument with another customer while picking up my car after overhearing the customer and another advisor making snide remarks and insinuations about my advisor within earshot of both of us. The fact that you would engage in indirectly criticizing your team member with a customer in front of your team member speaks volumes. *Update on June 1 * I’m now in the lobby of ALM Hyundai West as I type this waiting for a courtesy car for over 2 hours as my car is being pulled back to determine the issue that I thought was resolved. I came in on the 15th of May to have my car serviced due to my vehicle not starting and after almost two weeks I picked it up and paid over $1800 however the exact issue I bought it in for began happening the very next day after pick up and on Sunday my car left me stranded. I ended up taking an Uber home and this morning when I was in the process of getting a tow truck to tow my car back to ALM Hyundai West the car started and I drove in right in. It’s absolutely bizarre that there is never a manager or anyone from leadership present to address escalations, the service advisors are stepping in to handle escalations. Last week one guy was playing manager and now today it's a different service advisor. More

On the morning of delivery, I communicated that I needed the car before 5PM, as I would be unavailable afterward, and didn't receive it until 5:30PM. We didn't receive anything for our patience and the lack of communication. We asked for a loaner car while we were waiting, and they didn't have anymore (giving them the benefit of the doubt here). I have a general apprehension of dealerships, and this interaction solidified that apprehension. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and, perhaps, might even suggest that unless they are purchasing a car that they will be taking home that day, that they should consider shopping elsewhere. I had three sales persons, Mike, Julian and Jean Aristide. All of them were warm and welcoming and made me feel like family.
