non-communicative. was told that we would receive our car the monday after purchase, and when it didn't arrive, we were told wednesday/thursday. and when it didn't arri was told that we would receive our car the monday after purchase, and when it didn't arrive, we were told wednesday/thursday. and when it didn't arrive, we were told the next monday or tuesday. On the morning of delivery, I communicated that I needed the car before 5PM, as I would be unavailable afterward, and didn't receive it until 5:30PM. We didn't receive anything for our patience and the lack of communication. We asked for a loaner car while we were waiting, and they didn't have anymore (giving them the benefit of the doubt here). I have a general apprehension of dealerships, and this interaction solidified that apprehension. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and, perhaps, might even suggest that unless they are purchasing a car that they will be taking home that day, that they should consider shopping elsewhere. More
