I read this place was under new management. I’ve typically had decent experiences with the dealership, but now I’m contemplating even returning. I bought my car from this location but my servic I’ve typically had decent experiences with the dealership, but now I’m contemplating even returning. I bought my car from this location but my service today was all around horrible. I had the worst customer service from Jaylond. It was time for my 60k mile service and instead of explaining what I needed, I felt rushed and ignored. I elected not to get any of the services done here because I prefer to take my vehicle to a place where they take their time with customers and help me understand what I’m paying for. Not just throwing invoices at me. I had the shuttle drop me at home and the driver was speeding, even though I only live about 2 miles from the dealership. He even ran a red light which significantly put my safety at risk. Finally my service has ALWAYS come with a complimentary car wash at the end. Apparently, this time I “did ask for one” even thought I’ve never asked in the 3 years I’ve been coming here for services. I will be taking my business and money elsewhere. More

The ONLY reason I would recommend this dealership is because of my sales person Jeff and the other friendly faces that greet you upon entering the sales floor. My issue with ALM Kia South is the fact th because of my sales person Jeff and the other friendly faces that greet you upon entering the sales floor. My issue with ALM Kia South is the fact that I bought a used car which flagged an issue the very next day after driving 45 miles. I reached out to my sales person who was concerned but told me that the service manager was sending me to the ALM location specific to my car brand. I obliged and upon finding what the issue was, Kia then wanted me to drive back to them for the fix when the dealership I was at could have easily gotten the "okay" to complete the needed service/repair. I spent ~7 hours at a dealership for a battery to be replaced because a service manager was not agreeable to be helpful. The dealership itself is absolutely big and beautiful. The service center leaves a bit to be desired. If my vehicle was actually inspected adequately prior to being handed off to me as promised, this failing battery would have been caught before I picked up my "new" used car. At this point I literally dread anything else going wrong with this car because I don't know that I will not get shuffled from delaership to dealership or have to spend another Full Day sitting in limbo because of a service manager choosing to be less than helpful. My advice or takeaway... Do Not Buy Anything Other Than a Kia from ALM Kia South. More
