Kia has yet to give resolve about my brand new vehicle that I purchased. They have had my car in the service department for a month now. The easiest solution would have been to just put me into a new car that I purchased. They have had my car in the service department for a month now. The communication from “leadership” is also very subpar. I’m highly disappointed in this dealership. I will NEVER be retuning here again. More

I just purchased my new car 2025 Kia K4 and just had my 8k maintenance last Monday. This week pas my a/c on my driver side is blowing hot air. I took it up to the dealership today and they advise they have to hold my car for 48hrs (I’m fine with that) but I ask for a loaner car cause I’m a working professional they advise no loaner car. Wow! I just purchase my car and yall do not have a loaner car for me for this big inconvenience. I’m very unhappy and now riding around in the heat without my a/c working fully. I’ve asked for a manager and still waiting on a response. Unhappy customer! More
