Lawrence, my salesman, was very receptive to my needs and really fought hard to sell me a car. He succeeded and everyone I dealt with was cool as xxxx. Exceptional service every time. I own three Porsches and Scott Green goes out of his way to take care of them. The only negative comment I have is management's decision to hit us customers with a 3% surcharge if we want to use a credit card. The hourly rate to get a Porsche serviced is not inexpensive, so getting hit with this stupid charge at the end is annoying. Management needs to rethink this policy!

However, he and the entire Volvo team made the process incredibly smooth from start to finish. I explained exactly what I was looking for in terms of monthly payments and my available down payment, and Dino and Eric worked hard to make it happen. They also helped me take advantage of military discounts, which I greatly appreciated. The bottom line: I absolutely love my XC60, and the customer service at Jim Ellis Volvo was outstanding. This was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Highly recommend Dino, Eric, and the entire team!
