This was my second time bringing my vehicle in for the same issue. Unfortunately, the problem persists. The customer service when picking up my vehicle was subpar at best. The sale process was great. The finance interaction was the worst I've ever had. I buy a handful of cars a year (three Volvos in the past 12 months). Every time my has a problem it takes me taking it there 3 times to get the problem fixed. The most recent time it took 3 weeks to fix it and the reason given to me is they had to find the hours to get the wo times to get the problem fixed. The first time I took my car for maintenance they removed the protective plastic I intentionally left on without asking and left a black grease hand print on my interior. They dismiss the problem you complain of till you keep bringing it back. One time I had to take my car back after picking it up, because they left parts in my back seat that were not put back on.
