I have been dealing with the Athens Volvo dealership for five years now and for the first time and these five years, I was very disappointed with my recent visit to the service department there. Because I realize that one person‘s experience is not necessarily indicative of everyone’s experience. I’m always hesitant to leave a negative review for anyone so I will limit my comments just to say that and an effort to prevent doing that, I attempted to call and talk and speak with the general manager and express my concerns and unhappiness, and the reasons for my unhappiness. It was not a productive conversation, and left such a bad taste in my mouth. I’m sorry to say I will not be returning to the Athens Volvo dealership. More

Josh was wonderful in his assistance with making an appointment to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. I was unsure how long it would be safe to drive my car once the wrench came up on my dash appointment to have the oil changed and the tires rotated.
