This is our third vehicle purchase from O'Steen and the purchasing and service cores are first class. Lexie has helped us with financing on all three of our purchases over the years and working with Nate a purchasing and service cores are first class. The service department employees are wonderful, knowledgeable, and ready to help any way they can!! I do have a suggestion though - customers who are interested in an Acura should be told from the knowledgeable, and ready to help any way they can!! I do have a suggestion though - customers who are interested in an Acura should be told from the beginning a spare tire kit is an option!! It took a tire requiring a patch from another tire store for me to find out about the tire kit. The price of the kit and installation was not the amount I was quoted. More
