Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the work being performed. The maintenance was completed in a timely manner, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a genuinely positive experience because of the care and attention I received. I have been dealing with the Athens Volvo dealership for five years now and for the first time and these five years, I was very disappointed with my recent visit to the service department there. Because I realize that one person‘s experience is not necessarily indicative of everyone’s experience. I’m always hesitant to leave a negative review for anyone so I will limit my comments just to say that and an effort to prevent doing that, I attempted to call and talk and speak with the general manager and express my concerns and unhappiness, and the reasons for my unhappiness. It was not a productive conversation, and left such a bad taste in my mouth. I’m sorry to say I will not be returning to the Athens Volvo dealership. More
