That day's visit, with the current technician and service advisor, Denise went as well as expected. Everyone was very friendly but sales representative Sean Culmer was the best, he took care of our needs from start to finish. I have used Sean before and he is excellent. In addition the new District Manage Culmer was the best, he took care of our needs from start to finish. I have used Sean before and he is excellent. In addition the new District Manager Shaye Johnson was excellent in handling the issue of the trade in vehicle that we previously owned. Great customer service, Great salesmanship, most of all Great communication. Also, I don't want to leave out Steve the finance manager who was excellent!!! More
