I made an appointment over a week ahead of time for a few recalls. When I arrived for the service, they took 1 1/2 hours to rotate my tires and then told me they don’t have the parts for the recall and I wou recalls. Tony is absolutely wonderful! I had been to different Kia dealerships trying to find a part for my car, and Tony was the only one that was able to find it and get it delivered wit I had been to different Kia dealerships trying to find a part for my car, and Tony was the only one that was able to find it and get it delivered within 24 hours.
