We chose a used car at the dealership and provided all of our information so that we could pick up the car and a prearranged time. When we arrived, the car was not even on the lot and in fact had been loaned our information so that we could pick up the car and a prearranged time. When we arrived, the car was not even on the lot and in fact had been loaned out. It arrived back on the lot about 45 minutes later and was very dirty. When we expressed our disappointment to the general manager, he showed no remorse whatsoever and in fact ask very challenging questions. We were considering upgrading to a new car rather than a used car up until that point. More
