ALM Nissan Newnan

Today, 9/14/26, I went to the sales dept and was clear: I am here to sell my Porsche Panamera and not to buy a car but when I do buy a car, it will be a Cadillac Lyric. However, I am here for an appraisal, IF you are interested in buying it. I waited and the man comes back and asks me to follow him, he then shows me 3 Lyric's on his computer screen. Unbeknowst to him, I just left Honda of Newnan and received an offer, but I wanted another offer to compare it against. Honda of Newnan was AMAZING and NO PRESSURE whatsoever. I told the guy at ALM Nissan of Newnan that if/when I buy a Lyric, it will likely be from Hendricks because they have the BEST car warranties. His reply was "Well, why don't you go there are get an appraisal". HE WAS SUPER DUPER RUDE for no reason because I was CLEAR that I was there to get an offer on my Porsche. I grabbed my keys and left laughing at the absurdity and IGNORANCE. I then called my parents, D & W James, who have purchased every vehicle from ALM Nissan of Newnan and told my mother that if she EVER in life purchases another vehicle from them, I will disown her and I will pay for any car deposit required at any other dealership. She then reminded me that the last car purchase from ALM Nissan of Newnan was made by my Dad WITHOUT her consent or approval because they were so high pressured and RUDE. I left there and told everyone at Bath & Body Works that would listen about my negative experience and will continue to discourage anyone I know from spending a dime at this location! Next time, just say, you are not interested in purchasing any cars unless it's a trade in! More
