Klaben Ford has maintained my Escape the last 7 years. Most recently I drowned my fob in my washing machine and needed to have 2 new fobs re-programmed. I will forever recommend this dealership. I have gone to closer Ford dealerships, and choose to go further distance to Klaben because of the trust and respect I’ve gained with the people who I have gone to closer Ford dealerships, and choose to go further distance to Klaben because of the trust and respect I’ve gained with the people who work here. I’ve unfortunately spent too much time visiting the service department over several months, absolutely no fault of theirs, and every time I have been treated with care, sincerity, and respect. They have put my needs first every single time, and have stayed consistent in the service and culture they deliver to their customers. They have helped me so much, and I will continue to trust them. Due to the extraordinary support from the service department, I cannot wait to purchase my next vehicle here and experience the same culture in the sales department. The stress that comes with maintenance issues can be overwhelming, but every time Anthony took the reins on providing empathy and support, and always delivered a quick turnaround to get my vehicle back on the road. I had scheduled service work for my F150 for Tuesday 11/4 at 7:00am to have the works done and it completely slipped my mind being caught up in Physical Inventory at work and by 8 am Joe French was on the ph at 7:00am to have the works done and it completely slipped my mind being caught up in Physical Inventory at work and by 8 am Joe French was on the phone calling me to remind me I had an appointment, so I ran the truck down and dropped it off fortunately I'm only a couple blocks away. I thanked Joe for the courtesy call when I saw him 3 hours later he was calling me to tell me it was done. Greatly appreciate the service More
