I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. The entire service team at Klaben are the most well trained highly skilled service writers I've worked with. Mike Brandvold is our go to guy whenever he's available. Kim & Klaben Ford got my Fusion PHEV in quickly, found root cause (sulfated battery) of trouble, got it solved & returned within 24 hrs.
