We also appreciated the play area as we had our grandson with us. The staff were all friendly and professional. The process is always a little more stressful when making a major purchase out of town / state, but everything went flawlessly. Even with some issues after the sale (condition and needs for service), Tyler and Klaben's proved beyond a doubt that they go out of their way to make their customers happy. They stood by their word, kept their promises, and did not disappoint. I would highly recommend Tyler and Klaben's Ford to all my family and friends for their future car purchasing needs.
