Excellent experience from start to finish! Louis was my salesman and was very easy to work with. Very down to earth and not pushy in any way making the trade in and buying process less stressf Louis was my salesman and was very easy to work with. Very down to earth and not pushy in any way making the trade in and buying process less stressful than other places I have been to. They made me a fair offer on my trade in without all the haggling and back and forth making for a quick easy deal. Jenn in finance was also wonderful to work with making the paperwork part of the process quick and easy! Overall I got the truck I wanted for a good price, a good fair trade in value, and the financing I wanted all without the usual car buying stress! As an added bonus I got to see Cleveland WTAM talk radio legend Bill Wills recording a Klaben commercial during my visit!!! More
