Once again, I have to review my Ford dealership, Klaben Ford of Kent. I had to take my Ranger in for transmission problems ….after diagnosing found that the transmission needed rebuilt or replaced. I was so fortunate to find out that Ford approved it to be rebuilt and very fortunate that I found out that Klaben has a senior master transmission mechanic that would be doing the work. Ted Hummel !! Ted did an awesome job!! I am very happy Ted was able to rebuild as opposed to just being sent a rebuilt transmission from who knows where. My service advisor, Gavin Fano Constantly kept me updated on the status of the rebuild. I can say once again after another warranty repair that Klaben is the best! !!! Ted and Gavin are superstars!!!!! More
