Once again, I have to review my Ford dealership, Klaben Ford of Kent. I had to take my Ranger in for transmission problems ….after diagnosing found that the transmission needed rebuilt or replaced. I was s Ford of Kent. I had to take my Ranger in for transmission problems ….after diagnosing found that the transmission needed rebuilt or replaced. I was so fortunate to find out that Ford approved it to be rebuilt and very fortunate that I found out that Klaben has a senior master transmission mechanic that would be doing the work. Ted Hummel !! Ted did an awesome job!! I am very happy Ted was able to rebuild as opposed to just being sent a rebuilt transmission from who knows where. My service advisor, Gavin Fano Constantly kept me updated on the status of the rebuild. I can say once again after another warranty repair that Klaben is the best! !!! Ted and Gavin are superstars!!!!! More

When I saw the Maverick it had a stop sale because of a recall Tyler kept me updated and when we finally came in to do the paperwork as muck trouble as he and Jen from financing had with the system they ke recall Tyler kept me updated and when we finally came in to do the paperwork as muck trouble as he and Jen from financing had with the system they kept us laughing .
