Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent service visit. Thank you as well for your business as it appears that we have serviced your 2024 Aviator since you purchased it. Reading your comments, coupled with the 2.0 rating, I can get a clear understanding and appreciation for your irritation. I apologize for us leaving you with this irritation. It was not our intention. We made the decision to implement the 3% credit card charge as well as no longer taking personal checks, some time back. The reasoning behind the decisions were well thought out and not easy to make, and security, as you mention, played into the decision making as well. The 3% is a true pass through. The banks are the only ones making money on that 3% charge, and basically do no work to receive it. Some customers understand it, and some, like yourself are irritated by it. Again, I get it. Your comments will be shared with the entire leadership team. As we make business decisions, we must take into account the voice of the customer. This doesn’t mean that we always get it right, but we try. Just know that all feedback is taken into consideration and reviewed. That is why we ask for feedback through so many different venues. We truly want to hear it. The good and the bad. All of that being said I plan on mailing you 2 coupons good for your next 2 oil changes and tire rotations. Naturally, it doesn’t eliminate your concerns, but more as an indication that we hear you. Thank you again for your feedback. The entire Klaben team remains at your service.
