I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Everyone from sales to service, parts to body shop is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. On this occasion I am quite pleased with the quality of service I received. My car runs and sounds like new. Great job addressing my concerns and making all repairs in a timely and cost effective manner. Much appreciation to Mona, Tom A, Sean and Joe F in service for their patience and outstanding customer care. Also I must recognize Artie in the body shop for all he has done for me, my family and friends over the years. The quality of workmanship is second to none. Wonderful job…..again!!
