You have me spoiled with your customer service. I live out of state and have been to 4 different dealers in my hometown area because of poor customer service. I have to say Scott Burghardt is a real professional even though I tried throwing him off his game at times, (Jokingly of course) he remained vigilant, courteous and professional.
