I cannot say enough goods things about this dealership. I am 64 and have bought many cars over the years. I hated walking into any dealership as a single woman because I was always treated like an inexperi I am 64 and have bought many cars over the years. I hated walking into any dealership as a single woman because I was always treated like an inexperienced car buyer. Buying a car was not a good experience. Now, I believe I have found the best car buying experience ever at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. They do not jack up prices, they have availability of cars, the nicest and knowledgeable sales specialists, plus I do not have to put money down to hold a car or special order. OMG, I would definitely check out this dealership for Fords, Lincoln and used vehicles. More

This is the greatest dealership we ever had the pleasure of dealing with not once but twice. There Salesman Louis Polos is excellent he took care of my Husband and myself as he got each of us into our very of dealing with not once but twice. We were in the market for the 22 Ford Mavrick and our Daughter told us about klaben Ford and a salesman by the name of Louis Polos that sold her a new 22 Eco Sport .So after we went and spoke with Louis Daughter told us about klaben Ford and a salesman by the name of Louis Polos that sold her a new 22 Eco Sport .So after we went and spoke with Louis we ordered not one but two 22 Ford Mavricks..After Louis did such a great job at seeing to it we both got exactly what we wanted.and we both love are Trucks.So needless to say as long as Klaben keeps the quality of employees such as Louis we will continue to shop there and recommend family and friends. With this being said my Daughter, Husband and I rate our experience with klaben a 10 out 10... More
