This was definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had. I did my due diligence and researched the vehicle I was hoping to purchase and luckily found a match at Honda Van Nuys. I requested to know the availability and was contacted very quickly by Adriana and MacGregor. They were both extremely helpful and responsive as I tried to find an available time to get to the lot for a test drive. Upon arrival, MacGregor had the car ready and waiting for me to inspect and test drive. He was detailed, honest and never once made me feel rushed, or that any of my questions were unimportant. After the test drive, I decided that this was indeed the vehicle for me and began the purchase. I was introduced to Taz, who quickly and confidently explained all of the finance and warranty options available to me. MacGregor, Taz and Adriana made this a very fast, very easy and very enjoyable experience! If you're looking to buy a Honda anytime soon, I highly recommend buying your car here!
