Booking appointment caused stress as agent told me to plan for a 5-6 hour wait which was hard to accommodate and had to shift work schedule. Repair was approximated to be 1 hr 15 min by company, but advised it would vary by dealer. Agent at dropoff estimated 2-3 hr and, ended up taking about 2.5 hour for total wait, which is fine. But the original estimate was overkill and caused inconvenience. Agent at dropoff seemed nice but didn’t really look at me, greet me by name or with a smile, as she was busy looking at the screen and preoccupied with something else. Understandable if she’s busy but not a good customer impression. She did smile and look at me saying goodbye, but didn’t say my name. Just some feedback for her to be aware. More

Even though there weren't as many certified pre-owned vehicles on the lot, the sales team was helpful in my search. Brandon was an excellent sales professional. After speaking to so many other Honda sales reps from other locations, Brandon stood out. I found him to be sincere and genuine, and never pushy. He went above and beyond in helping me purchase a certified pre-owned Honda CRV Hybrid last November. Brandon was communicative and available to answer questions even after I drove the car out of the lot. Months later, Billy from the service department was polite and helpful too. Each time I call, I get help from someone who answers the phone and directs me to the right department. I'm very pleased with my car and the Sierra Honda team in Monrovia. Bravo! More
