This is only on a comment on the dealership as a whole, the process just took a significantly longer time than expected, and some of the initial people that we worked with were not extremely the kindest an the process just took a significantly longer time than expected, and some of the initial people that we worked with were not extremely the kindest and a bit judgmental and condescending.
