I had previously bought a used car for my son before the pandemic, so I went back to Sierra Honda years later to see what options they had. I had done my research and visited Honda locations in Pasadena, El Monte, Alhambra, and Cerritos. Even though there weren't as many certified pre-owned vehicles on the lot, the sales team was helpful in my search. Brandon was an excellent sales professional. After speaking to so many other Honda sales reps from other locations, Brandon stood out. I found him to be sincere and genuine, and never pushy. He went above and beyond in helping me purchase a certified pre-owned Honda CRV Hybrid last November. Brandon was communicative and available to answer questions even after I drove the car out of the lot. Months later, Billy from the service department was polite and helpful too. Each time I call, I get help from someone who answers the phone and directs me to the right department. I'm very pleased with my car and the Sierra Honda team in Monrovia. Bravo! More
