The cost for oil change is too high. The coupon says $69 for the change,filter, etc. But when I arrived I was told labor to do the change was extra. The $69!was just for the oil itself. This is not truth in advertising, plus it was way too expensive. I was told the same thing when a lady called to ask about my experience. I have always had the service for my car done at your dealership but I’ll have to start shopping around next time. More

It was my first time there. Didn’t know where to check in. Didn’t get acknowledged by the first employee who saw me. The service advisor was friendly and professional. When I picked up my car wasn’t sure who to check in with. Waited at cashier for like 5 minutes no one acknowledged me. Parking in service area is horrible. You have 2 choices back up and risk potential of hitting a car or go around the building with narrow areas. Overall good service. More
